Brookside Capital Partners is pleased to announce its investment in Architectural Polymers, LLC (“Architectural Polymers”).

Founded in 1992 and headquartered in Palmerton, PA, Architectural Polymers is the leading manufacturer and designer of urethane (rubber) and plastic molds, commonly known as “formliners,” that are used in construction applications to create textures, patterns, graphic designs and embedded thin-brick surfaces on concrete walls. These formliner products are used across a diverse set of large and growing North American end markets, including infrastructure, institutional, government and commercial.

Brookside Capital Partners provided unitranche debt and an equity co-investment to support the recapitalization of Architectural Polymers by Stonebridge Partners, a lower middle-market, operations-oriented private equity firm focused on investing in family-owned, niche manufacturing, distribution and service businesses with EBITDA of $3 million to $15 million.
