Founded in 1985 and headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, TTG is the largest independent and OEM-agnostic reseller of refurbished / new equipment and provider of end-to-end maintenance services focused on diagnostic imaging equipment. TTG’s one-stop shop service mix includes long-term service contracts, whereby the company provides recurring maintenance services via its OEM-certified field service engineers on nuclear medicine and molecular imaging equipment to its customers across the cardiology, general nuclear and neurology and oncology end markets.
Brookside Capital Partners provided subordinated debt and an equity co-investment to facilitate the acquisition of TTG by Sentinel Capital Partners.
