Ryan has demonstrated exceptional skill in his underwriting and portfolio monitoring responsibilities and has been instrumental in helping Brookside Mezzanine Partners achieve its goals,” said David Buttolph, Managing Partner. “This promotion further strengthens our investment team.”

Prior to joining Brookside in 2015, Ryan worked as an Underwriting Analyst for Jefferies Finance. Ryan received a BS in Finance and Economics with a minor in Mathematics from Boston College, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Brookside Mezzanine Partners is pleased to announce that Terence Kuo has joined the firm as a Portfolio Analyst, after having recently obtained a B.S. degree in Finance from Fordham University. While an undergraduate student, Terence was recruited by Rosecliff Ventures to serve as an intern and analyze early-stage investments in several industries, including consumer discretionary, consumer products and transportation. In a similar capacity, Terence assisted the investment team at Engineers Gate, a NYC-based quantitative-focused hedge fund.

“We are delighted that Terence has decided to become the newest member of our team,” said Corey Sclar, Managing Partner of Brookside Mezzanine Partners. “With the finance experience he has gained during his undergraduate years, we are confident he will contribute in a meaningful way to our portfolio management process and the future success of our organization.”
