Cardiff Holdings provides card personalization and print fulfillment services to the financial services, insurance, retail, telecommunication and loyalty program markets. Cardiff was formed in July of 2006 to acquire Shoreline Solutions. In October of 2006 Cardiff acquired Source One Direct, a complimentary business in Atlanta, GA. Brookside Mezzanine Partners invested subordinated debt and equity to support the acquisition of Shoreline Solutions and Source One Direct by a private equity sponsor.
