McKenzie Sports Products, Inc. designs and manufactures taxidermy forms and supplies used to mount trophies harvested by hunters and fishermen. In August 2006, Brookside Mezzanine Partners invested subordinated notes and common equity to partially finance the acquisition of McKenzie by a private equity sponsor.
