Sabre Industries, Inc designs, manufactures and services towers, monopoles, telecom shelters, tower accessories and utility structures through its operating subsidiaries Sabre Towers and Poles, Sabre Site Solutions, Sabre Tubular Structures, Sabre Defense and Homeland Security Systems, Sabre Galvanizing, CellXion, LLC, and CellXion Wireless Services. In June 2006, Brookside Mezzanine Partners invested subordinated notes to partially finance the acquisition of Sabre by a private equity sponsor. Brookside Mezzanine Partners subsequently invested equity to support the add-on acquisition of CellXion, LLC and CellXion Wireless Services.
