GDW maintains one of the largest inventories of industrial wire cloth worldwide, offering an extensive range of products.

Brookside Capital Partners provided subordinated debt and an equity co-investment to support an add-on acquisition by GDW, a portfolio company of Graycliff Partners, alongside co-investors, Kemper Corporation and Westfield Insurance.
